Have you been searching for some of the most common symptoms of ADD? If so then you are at the right place. Once you are finished reading this article you will learn exactly what you need to do in order to learn whether or not you have ADD. However, before you get started reading, I want you to understand one thing. These are just to most popular symptoms, keep in mind there are many more.

1-Students with ADD typically have trouble in school

The most popular symptom of ADD is a student who is struggling in school. The reason this is the most common symptom is because this is when the grades will start to drop even when the student is giving an honest effort. It is important that you talk to the student and ask them if they are having trouble concentrating in class. If they say yes then the chances are good they may have ADD. The reason for this is because people with ADD have trouble concentrating on just a lecture.

2-Not being able to complete a task in full

Next time someone you suspect may have ADD starts some kind of project, watch them and analyze whether or not they finish it before they move on to the next. You will probably notice that once they start the task, they will eventually stop in the middle of it and start another one. The reason for this is because a person who has ADD has a very large imagination and will get excited when they think of a new idea. Once they get the idea of a new project in their mind they want to get to it right away. Most people view this as a bad thing, but it can actually be good. The reason it can be good is because a big imagination can lead to a person being an entrepreneur.

3-The person will always answer the question before the question is finished being asked

With someone who has ADD, you will typically find they like to answer questions before the question has been said in full. The reason this happens is because they get very exited, even over the little things like answering a question (this is another reason they are entrepreneurs).

Did you come here because you are curious if you or someone you know may be suffering from ADD? If so then i am excited that you stumbled across this article. By the time you are done reading this you will know three of the most popular symptoms of ADD and you will be able to judge whether or not you have it or not.

1-Not being able to sit still

When trying to figure out whether or not someone has ADD, one of the best things you can do is observe them while they are sitting down. If you think you are the one who may have ADD, it is important you have someone observe you while you are seated. For the most part, people with ADD cannot sit still which is why you will notice them having to constantly playing with their hands and feet. The person will also have trouble staying seated for a long period of time and will need to get up.

2-They may have some difficulty in school

One of the things that many parents are most concerned about is their Child’s grades. If you have a child who is a straight A student and also has ADD then you have a genius in your family. One problem with the school system is that they only teach for one type of learner. This is fine if the child learns that way, but people with ADD learn in a totally different style. They are usually kinesthetic learners, which means it has to be hands on and they need to be moving. One of the best ways to make your child remember more while studying is have them ride a stationary bike or do some kind of movements while studying.

3-Having trouble following directions

Does your child often have trouble following directions? I am not talking about the typical disobedience in a child either. I am talking about if your child makes an honest attempt to do what you told him to do but doesn’t do it right. This is very common with people who have ADD because they need to actually see what they are suppose to do, they can’t just listen to it.
